About CreditGuard

Financial information should feel understandable—not intimidating.

CreditGuard helps people navigate credit-monitoring choices and identity-risk questions through plain language, responsible data practices, and practical next steps.

Our purpose

Credit and identity topics often arrive with unfamiliar terminology, urgent warnings, and too many competing offers. Our purpose is to organize that information into a calmer, clearer experience so visitors can understand available categories of support before deciding what to do.

We provide educational content, collect limited request information, and may connect visitors with third-party services when appropriate. We do not make lending decisions, issue credit scores, or guarantee any particular credit outcome.

What guides us

Clarity before conversion

Important claims, limitations, consent language, and advertising relationships should be easy to find and easy to understand.

Collect less

Public-facing forms should not ask for highly sensitive information when basic contact information is enough to route a request.

Realistic expectations

No legitimate service can guarantee a score increase, loan approval, identity-theft prevention, or removal of accurate credit information.
